SMRT train vandalized

In the youtube video is a train vandalized by a Swiss and a Briton in Singapore, first train graffiti in the city state.  A Swiss man was arrested but the Briton had since left because the crime  went unnoticed for two days.

Singapore is known for its strict laws and penalties for a variety of actions that might not be illegal or might be considered minor offenses in the United States. Singapore government imposed strict rules and regulations to keep the trains clean, including no drinking(not even plain water) or eating and state wide banning of chewing gum. Spraying graffiti on a SMRT train is an unthinkable act for Singaporeans. In 1994, an American named Michael P. Fay was given 4 strokes of the cane for vandalism.
